GDPR & CCPA Privacy Policy

Do GDPR and CCPA apply to me?

Governments are beginning to take data privacy very seriously.

The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) protects European Union data subjects’ fundamental right to privacy and the protection of personal data.

The EU’s GDPR affects all countries and applies to any business or organisation that holds personal data on or provides goods or services to EU citizens or EU residents. So even if you’re not based in the European Union (EU) the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may apply to you.

The CCPA California Consumer Privacy Act, is the first primary US privacy legislation to be enforced in the wake of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which took effect in January 1, 2020. On June 28, 2018, Governor Jerry Brown signed the CCPA, which enacted some of the country’s most potent consumer data privacy protections into law. It is a state-wide data privacy law that regulates how businesses all over the world are allowed to handle the personal information of California residents.
